Stepped on the scales this morning to a delightful 201.5. This is probably not legit but it looks nice.
I ate hardly anything yesterday, only a granola bar and a little bit of trail mix. I did induldge substantially in some beverages last night to the tune of at least 1000 calories. I think my weight today is somewhat due to dehydation but when I grab my stomach with my hands, there is less hanging out the side than there was a week ago.
I think I am getting there. I am falling off the wagon for lunch though. Not sure what it's gonna be yet, but I'm gonna like it.
